Apple - Heart



Sometime people refer apples as symbol of love that represents heart. For your information, apple is good for our heart. Even the vitamin C content may not be good as Oranges but apples are rich with sources like flavonoid and polyphenols. Both of it are powerful antioxidant. Study was shown that by eating 100g of apple can give an antioxidant effect that have same quantity or amount with 1500mg of vitamin C.

Eating an apple daily can lower cholesterol and reduce heart disease. For those who are suffering of anemia, dysentery, heart disease, headache, eye disorders, and kidney stones are recommended to add an apple in their daily meal to promotes vigor and vitality.

Ginger - Stomach



Ginger often looks just like the stomach. So it’s interesting that one of its biggest benefits is to help the digestion system. Ginger has been used to aid digestion and treat stomach upset, diarrhea, and nausea for more than 2,000 years. If u cut a mushroom in a half, it resembles the shape of the human ear. And guess what? Adding it to your cooking could actually improve your hearing. Carrot - Eyes

Carrot can help to improve eyesight because it is high in vitamin A essential for healthy eyes. Besides its benefits to human eye, raw carrot contains beta-carotene, a strong antioxidant that can prevent cancer. When you consume it daily, it can lower your cholesterol and blood pressure. But, if you consume too many carrots, it can produce unhealthy results too. Carotene, the pigment that gives carrots their colour, can cause Jaundice or in Malay word is "Demam Kuning". Carrot also rich in fiber and can promote colon health.
